EXCELLENTVerified I can't say enough good things about the house or the host. The house was just as described. Our families really enjoyed our stay. We had two families in the house, four adults and five kids. We had plenty of space. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. Pool was clean and relaxing. One tip, we stayed the first week of August and I would recommend getting the pool heater. There is a lot of shopping and resturants close by. The reserved beach chairs are a very short golf cart ride away. The beach is amazing. The neighborhood is quiet and we felt very safe.Bottom line: amazing house and amazing host. The house was great, but we were a little surprised at the condition after seeing all the 5 star reviews and pictures. Nothing really impacted our stay, but below is a list of items that we felt didn’t hit the mark.-lots of blinds broken or not working well-floors in disrepair-lower level bathroom had an odor-both outdoor showers were not working and we were told to use the hose to rinse off before getting in the pool-had to fill the pool daily because we were using the heater-hot tub headrests gone and all jets not working (we may not know how to work it)-One golf cart did not have both headlights working. Laura resolved quickly and let us use the other cart, but it had a broken seat and we almost didn’t make it back after the batteries died after 10 miles. The battery gauge didn’t work.-gates in disrepair-no bicycles were at the home which surprised the hostPosted onVerified This home was everything and more! The outdoor oasis was amazing. Plenty of seating, everything you need for the beach. Plenty of floats and things for our grandsons to enjoy in the pool. The home is beautiful, has everything imaginable you will need. We cannot wait to book for 2026. The location and everything was perfect so quiet on a corner lit. We truly had the best week making memories with our family. The patio area was so nice—perfect for relaxing—and the pool was clean. Laura, the host, was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our visit. The house was very clean and presented even better in person than in the photos - and we selected the house in large part based on the photos - so we were very pleased to get what we had expected. We loved the location and the community and the process of going to the beach was very easy. The family loved the pool and it was THE highlight for our 4 year old grandson who took full advantage of the floats and toys that come with the house. The hot tub was pretty awesome too. Pool and hot tub were both clean and nice. Highly recommend a renting her golf cart while you stay you can drive to beach, get ice cream or ride to grab something eat! We love this place and without a doubt will be staying here againPosted onVerified The pool area is the best for afternoon fun. Some sun, some shade, plenty of room for everyone. Everything is larger than the photos show. That Laura has arranged and reserved a beach spot with the four chairs and two umbrellas is definitely a big plus. Kids can play in the water and play behind the chairs in a large sandy private beach area. We brought some extra chairs were able to sit next to the four chairs and enjoyed the sand and water. The house has a big kitchen to allow several people to work on meal preparations. Each bedroom was roomy for guests. Bathrooms are large. Located in a quiet neighborhood but close to the beach, and also close to the main road for getting to shopping and restaurants. The home was better than advertised with all the comforts and stocked with everything to cook and eat. 5 minute walk to beautiful white sand beaches. Great eating places abound short drives away. Laura was a wonderful host and available with answers to our questions. Only a bit over a block from the beach and so close to eating establishments. The place was AMAZING. We walked down the road to the beach or took the bikes- that came with the stay! Comes with every utensil you can think of and it was all like new. The bathrooms are spacious and every square inch of the place was SO CLEAN. We had no problems with the air conditioning, hot tub, heated pool, etc. This made for a very relaxing vacation. Laura is very fast to respond if you have a question about anything. Would highly recommend staying here. Beautiful home, perfect for large group. We went with our immediate family of 13 and fit great. We all had our own bed and bath, can't beat that! Had everything we needed in the home, walking distance to beach, coffee shop and many other great spots- shopping, and close to many activities for kids. Pool and hot tub on site with perfect back yard set up. Beach set up with chairs and umbrella, golf cart, bikes, you truly have it all in a beautiful setting.
